What’s involved in a brand refresh?

We regularly help established businesses refresh their tired branding. It’s important that your brand is a proper reflection of your business so we spend considerable time understanding what makes you tick and who you are trying to impress so that we can create the right brand feel. A lot of work goes into deeply understanding what you want to be known for and creating a visual brand that is reflective of that which you will love.

I’m not sure if my branding is good or not - can you help?

Yes. We are happy to do a free brand health check for anyone serious about taking their business to the next level. We can look at competitors and give you examples of what you can achieve.

I need a website, what should I know?

Talk to us! Websites are big projects and a lot of web devs will happily get you to part with your money before understanding what you really need to achieve. We take a strategic approach to website builds that will deliver what you need without the huge price tag. We have the flexibility to build sites on Webflow, Wordpress, Wix or Squarespace that you have complete control over. Having your brand team oversee this is far better than using a web dev who will still need our input into design.

I need a new website, what should I look out for?

A lot of people end up spending in excess of $20,000 on a site build that doesn’t deliver what they need. That’s nuts. Whoever builds your site needs to deeply understand your business, have the creative ability to make something that will help you stand out, and do it in a collaborative way where you feel included in the process. There are many pitfalls (like custom coded sites you can’t even change!) which we are more than happy to discuss in detail.
